Puja Pariseva services will be guided by certain terms and rules as mentioned in this section. Firstly, COVID safety policies will be followed under all circumstances. Government directives and restrictions will be abided by in every respect leading to consequent impact if any, on our services and deliverables. Where access to Temple is restricted or banned by official directives, the puja will be conducted either at Pujari’s own place or at any suitable alterative Temple or Math. Availability Puja photo or Video will be subject to permission from concerned Temple authorities only.
Delivery of Prasad or Puja Argyas by post/courier are subject to terms and restriction imposed by the Postal Authorities. International Delivery will be absolutely guided by the rules and regulations of the concerned authorities of home land and that of the foreign countries. Since prasad, phul, mala etc are highly perishable items, Pujapariseva will not be responsible for any damage or spoiling of such items in course of delivery thru courier or speed post. Delivery Charges including but not limited to, speed post/ courier/ Home Delivery etc will be charged extra at a fixed flat amount of Rs 175/- per packet within West Bengal and Rs 275/- per packet outside West Bengal within India. Home delivery by Hand will be strictly as per our policy and only available at limited places. If a delivery fails due to wrong or incomplete address; or no courier/speed post service is available to the address provided or addressee not present at the time of delivery, pujapariseva will not be held responsible for such delivery failures.
‘পূজা পরিষেবা’ অন্তর্গত যে সকল সেবা প্রদান করা হবে তা নির্দিষ্ট কিছু নিয়মাবলী দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত হবে। বর্তমান করোনাজনিত অতিমারী পরিস্থিতিতে সব রকম সুরক্ষা বিধি কঠোরভাবে মেনে চলা হবে। এই সম্পর্কিত সরকারি ও প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক যে সকল বিধি নিষেধ আরোপিত আছে তার দরুন আমাদের উল্লেখিত পরিষেবার অদল বদল ঘটতে পারে বা বিলম্বিত হতে পারে যদিও আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ প্রচেষ্টা থাকবে সবকিছু নিয়ম মাফিক করার। যেখানে অভীষ্ট মন্দিরে প্রবেশ ও পূজা নিয়ে বিধি নিষেধ আরোপিত আছে সেখানে পূজা-অর্চনা হয় পূজারীর স্বগৃহে অথবা অন্য কোনো মন্দিরে বা মঠে সম্পন্ন করা হবে। পূজার ফটো বা ভিডিও শুধু মাত্র মন্দির কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমতি সাপেক্ষ্যে উপলব্ধ হতে পারে।
প্রসাদ বা পূজা অর্ঘ্য পাঠানোর ব্যাপারে ডাক বিভাগের নিয়মাবলী সম্পূর্ণ রূপে প্রযোজ্য। আন্তর্জাতিক পরিবেশনার ক্ষেত্রে দুই দেশের সরকারি বিধি নিয়ম মেনে যা করণীয় শুধু সেটুকুই করাহবে। ডেলিভারি চার্জ সাধারণভাবে এইরূপ হবে: পশ্চিমবঙ্গের অভ্যন্তরে প্রতি প্যাকেট Rs 175 /- এবং পশ্চিমবঙ্গের বাইরে প্রতি প্যাকেট Rs 275 /- হারে ধার্য্য হবে। হাত মারফত ডেলিভারি শুধু মাত্র কিছু নির্দিষ্ট স্থানে উপলব্ধ হবে আমাদের শর্ত অনুযায়ী। যেহেতু প্রসাদ, ফুল, মালা ইত্যাদি পচনশীল দ্রব্য, সেহেতু ডেলিভারি সময়কালে তা কোনো ভাবে বিনষ্ট হয়ে গেলে পূজাপারিসেবা তার জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না । যদি কোনো ডেলিভারি, ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ ঠিকানা প্রদান করার কারণে বা ডেলিভারি করার সময় গ্রাহক উপস্থিত না থাকার জন্য বা যে ঠিকানায় কুরিয়ার/স্পিড পোস্ট পৌছোয় না - সে সব ক্ষেত্রে অসফল ডেলিভারির জন্য পূজাপারিসেবা দায়ী থাকবে না।

সে ক্ষেত্রে পেমেন্ট করার পর কাস্টমার কেয়ার- এ ফোন করে UTR No. জানাতে হবে বা deposite slip এর photo share করতে হবে।
Any cancellation of order has to be done within 24 hours of payment. A mail must be sent to info@pujapariseva.com requesting cancellation of order. No Telephonic request will be acceptable. Refund will be made with 7 working days after deducting 10% of the order value as cancellation charges. Post 24 hours it will be deemed as confirmed order and no cancellation request will be acceptable. In case of failure of on-line banking where amount has been debited from the remitter, the same will be refunded within 7 days from the date of credit of the amount.
কোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করতে হলে তা পেমেন্ট করার ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে করতে হবে অন্যথায় তা গ্রাহ্য হবে না। অর্ডার বাতিল ইমেইল মারফত করতে হবে info@pujapariseva.com, টেলিফোন করে হবে না। প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে, ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। ১০% ক্যান্সেলেশন চার্জ ধার্য্য হবে। যদি অন-লাইন বুকিং কোনো কারণে ব্যর্থ হয় অথচ প্রদেয় মূল্য গ্রাহকের একাউন্ট থেকে ডেবিট হয়ে গিয়ে থাকে তাহলে সেই অর্থ গ্রাহককে ফেরৎ করা হবে, আমাদের একাউন্ট credit হবার দিন থেকে ৭ কর্ম দিবসের মধ্যে।
