This document forms a legal agreement (the "Agreement") between you and the TSG GLOBAL SERVICES PVT LTD ("pujapariseva", "we", "our", or "us"), with its registered office at TSG Global Services Pvt Ltd is Head quartered at Bishwa Bangla Sarani, New Town, Kolkata-700156, India. By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our Services and/or immediately cease use of the Services.
Delivery of Prasad or Puja Argyas by post/courier are subject to terms and restriction imposed by the Postal Authorities. International Delivery will be absolutely guided by the rules and regulations of the concerned authorities of home land and that of the foreign countries. Since prasad, phul, mala etc are highly perishable items, Pujapariseva will not be responsible for any damage or spoiling of such items in course of delivery thru courier or speed post. Delivery Charges including but not limited to, speed post/ courier/ Home Delivery etc will be charged extra at a fixed flat amount of Rs 175/- per packet within West Bengal and Rs 275/- per packet outside West Bengal within India. Home delivery by Hand will be strictly as per our policy and only available at limited places. If a delivery fails due to wrong or incomplete address; or no courier/speed post service is available to the address provided or addressee not present at the time of delivery, pujapariseva will not be held responsible for such delivery failures.

All services will be performed only after receiving the due amounts. Once deposite made, UTR No. or deposite slip photo must be shared with our customer care.
Any cancellation of order has to be done within 24 hours of payment. A mail must be sent to info@pujapariseva.com requesting cancellation of order. No Telephonic request will be acceptable. Refund will be made with 7 working days after deducting 10% of the order value as cancellation charges. Post 24 hours it will be deemed as confirmed order and no cancellation request will be acceptable. In case of failure of on-line banking where amount has been debited from the remitter, the same will be refunded within 7 days from the date of credit of the amount.
